Remote Work & Territory Alignment:
This is a remote position aligned to a specific business market or territory. To effectively support our sales teams and customers, candidates should reside within or in reasonable proximity to the primary market or territory they will support. Location expectations will be based on business coverage needs and may include regular travel within the assigned territory.
Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience :
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Customer Needs Identification (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $112,500 - $202,900, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $78,750 - $142,030
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
