Pylon Labs is seeking a dedicated Solutions leader to own the technical customer journey end-to-end, from pre-sales to long-term customer success. You’ll set standards for technical customer-facing work and build the Solutions function.
This player-coach role involves leading strategic deployments and creating systems that facilitate scaling. Strong candidates will have experience in B2B software environments and a track record of developing high-impact customer engagements.
