Siemens is hiring an Operations Manager, Solutions to lead end-to-end operational delivery across designated customer areas in the Sandy, UT / Boise Idaho region. You will drive profitability, refine operations, and uphold Siemens SI B standards while collaborating with PMO, Operations Excellence, and LPO teams.
The role requires 10+ years in operation leadership within project-based environments, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
