As an Operations Manager, Solutions , you will lead and direct operational execution across all customers within your assigned area. You will be accountable for profitable growth, operational excellence, and delivery performance, while ensuring alignment with Siemens SI B standards. This role works in close partnership with central Operations functions, including PMO, Operations Excellence, and the Large Project Organization (LPO) to ensure consistent use of shared capabilities, best practices, and premium project delivery.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading operations in a project-based, building automation, or engineering environment
Financial acumen, including responsibility for revenue, margin, cost control, and cash flow performance
Experience partnering effectively with Sales, Project Management, and operations organizations
High School diploma or state-recognized GED
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Capacity to travel upwards of 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Technical and operational expertise relevant to solutions-based delivery environments
People leadership capability, including talent development and workforce planning
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and issue-resolution skills

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
