Job description
Recycling Works / Waste Connections has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift - Recycle Center Sorter to join the team in Elkhart, Indiana.

Schedule: 2:00pm start time normally finishing around 12-12:30 AM.
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials.
Will sort recycled material onto different conveyor belts and move material to the appropriate areas.
Responsible the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside.
Help maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line.
Assuming custodial duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to be on your feet for most if not all of the shift
