Job description
One of our top clients is looking for a part-time Sourcer to add to their team for a maternity coverage:
Engagement: Part-time temporary/contract support, approximately 20 hours per week
Time zone: ET availability, flexibility based on day
Rate: $26/hr
Fully remote
Scope:
Support the TA team across a variety of open positions and functions
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Review inbound applications and identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial recruiter screens using established role criteria
Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout the process
Keep ATS records and candidate pipelines current
Provide general recruiting coordination and execution support as hiring volume requires
Ideal background:
2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing or TA experience
Experience sourcing and screening professional-level candidates
Strong organization and scheduling skills
Comfortable working across multiple roles and priorities
Strong candidate communication skills
Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Able to work independently within established recruiting processes
