Job Title: Part Time Sourcer
Location: Remote
Type of Employment: Temporary, 6 months
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Remote
Salaries: $50/hr - $60/hr based on years of experience
Job Summary:
A pharmaceutical organization is looking to hire a part-time temporary Sourcer for 6 months. The schedule will be three full days, 20 hours a week. The qualified candidate must have at least 7 years of recruitment experience within a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization.

Responsibilities:
Post open roles to the company website and job boards
Review applicants and shortlist qualified candidates
Source and pipeline candidates for potential future roles
Assist the recruitment manager with any additional tasks as they arise
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
A minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences recruitment
Experience working with an HRIS, UKG a plus
Able to work interpedently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
