Skills:
Expertise in contract review, edits, and negotiations
Hands-on experience in “Redlining ” contracts and drafting language
Good understanding of Legal Language in contracts (paralegal background preferred but not required)
Background in contracting, sourcing, and/or purchasing, with strong contract language review skills
Proficiency in MS Office: Word and Excel
Telecom experience is a plus
Contracts may involve SaaS, real estate, IT, etc.
