Job description
Salted, the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States, is seeking a senior sourcing and supplier manager in California. You will source ingredients, qualify co-manufacturers, and build cost models to determine viability while negotiating terms and volumes.
You’ll own the demand plan and maintain supplier records to ensure scalable launches. You will collaborate with culinary and finance teams, supervise cross-functional projects, and report to the VP of Finance.
