The Restaurant Chef will lead all culinary operations for the club's à la carte restaurant, delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, presentation, and service execution.
Develop creative, seasonal menus and specials that reflect member preferences and current culinary trends.
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the culinary team.
Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and departmental P&L.
Maintain high standards for sanitation, safety, organization, and consistency.
Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership and front-of-house teams to enhance the overall member experience.
Foster a positive, accountable, and creative kitchen culture.
Qualifications
Proven culinary leadership experience in an upscale restaurant, private club, hotel, or similar environment.
Strong à la carte, menu development, staff leadership, and financial management skills.
Creative, organized, and passionate about hospitality and member service.
Great benefits, $80,000 salary .
