Job description
Zuma Restaurants is seeking a driven Sous Chef to support the Executive and Head Chef in all kitchen operations, from food prep to menu development and staff leadership. You will help ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Zuma's standards across our Japanese-inspired venues.
We look for a hands-on leader with 2+ years in a senior culinary role, culinary training, and a health and safety certification.
