Job description
The Press Club Grill is seeking a Sous Chef to support our Restaurant Leaders and drive culinary excellence in our scratch-based kitchen in Cambridge, MA. You will master every DIG station, execute recipes, train others, and lead during peak service in a role that values initiative and teamwork.
As a Sous Chef, you will guide Chefs-in-Training, manage prep and inventory, and ensure comp lete adherence to our recipes and standards while collaborating with the leadership team to provide guests
