We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to lead the daily culinary operations of our upscale restaurant. This is a key leadership role that blends operational excellence with technical precision and creativity. You’ll be responsible for executing dishes to the highest standards, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every detail reflects the quality of our brand.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years in a management kitchen role in an upscale establishment

Experience balancing high-volume production with fine dining presentation and technique

Strong leadership and communication skills in English

Calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure

Proficiency in modern kitchen systems, inventory control, and prep management

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is preferred; familiarity with Asian ingredients is a plus

Culinary degree or formal training is a plus

Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
