About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will bring strong seafood and high-volume experience to a fast-paced kitchen environment. Qualifications
3+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
A genuine passion for crafting high-quality, fresh food
A proven record of achieving results and building winning teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and safety and security procedures
