Location: Nashville, TN
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Aba, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, is hiring experienced Sous Chefs for one of the busiest full-service kitchens in Nashville. If you thrive in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume environment, taking a step into Lettuce/Aba is taking a step forward.
What you'll do:
Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and CDC
Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
Train, coach, and hold line cooks to high standards
Support ordering, inventory, food cost, and sanitation standards
What we're looking for:
3+ years of salaried Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Upscale restaurant background (not fast casual or casual)
Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract kitchen experience does not qualify for this role
Strong leadership, organization, and composure under pressure
