Job description
Market District is seeking a Sous Chef to support our culinary program in a premium supermarket environment. The Sous Chef helps lead daily kitchen operations, executing seasonal menus, specialty dishes, and prepared foods that showcase high-quality ingredients. You’ll supervise prep and line cooks, maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure consistent quality and presentation. This role partners closely with front-of-house teams, contributes to merchandising and in-store events, and supports training and development in a culture of culinary excellence and teamwork.
