We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Sous Chef to join a high-performing, scratch kitchen in Collegeville, PA, . This is a strong opportunity for a culinary leader who thrives in high-volume service, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about seasonal ingredients and quality execution.
This role is ideal for a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step into a leadership position within a structured, chef-driven environment.

What You'll Do
Support daily BOH operations in a high-volume scratch kitchen
Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Assist with ordering, inventory, and prep execution
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Help drive efficient service during peak volume
Support menu execution and seasonal features
Build a strong, positive kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen
Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or strong Lead Line Cook background
Hands-on leadership style
Experience with team development and training
Organized and systems-driven approach
Menu execution and culinary fundamentals
ServSafe certification preferred
Strong work ethic and growth mindset
Schedule & Expectations
45-55 hours per week
Hands-on leadership during peak service periods
Compensation
$55,000-$60,000 base salary
Bonus potential
