Commercial Concrete Finisher, Formsetter/CarpenterInnovative Concrete, LLC is looking for a talented and skilled Commercial Concrete Finisher, Formsetter/Carpenter to be part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces for various commercial projects, ensuring a high level of quality and craftsmanship in every aspect of your work. Your experience and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the concrete industry.You will work with a variety of concrete forms and techniques to achieve the desired finish on floors, sidewalks, and other structures. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and laborers to complete projects on time and to specifications while adhering to our stringent safety protocols.Opening: AS SOON AS POSSIBLEHourly pay: $24-$29ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and layout of concrete slabs and foundationsEnsure forms are properly built and aligned before each concrete pourFinish concrete surfaces to specific project requirements, ensuring quality and durabilityMonitor curing processes to achieve maximum strength and longevitySet up and dismantle concrete forms as neededOperate tools and machinery safely and effectivelyEnsure compliance to safety policies and standards on job sitesCommunicate with foreman and team members regarding project progress and issues
