Job description
Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Development & Major Gifts Officer for the South Florida region to advance RCMA's mission by growing major and planned gifts, supporting charter schools and capital campaigns, and collaborating with leadership to secure resources.
The role partners with internal teams and donors, coordinates events, site visits, and tailored proposals, and builds strong donor engagement across the Southwest Florida portfolio.
