Job description
Actify Home Care, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our clinician-owned home health team. Immediate part-time/contract openings with rapid onboarding across South Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton and surrounding areas.
As a field PT, you’ll provide one-on-one geriatric home visits, develop care plans, and document evaluations and OASIS with support from our clinical leadership. Per-visit compensation with bi-weekly pay simplifies administration.
