Job description
Mannik Smith Group is seeking an AEC Business Unit Leader for the South Region. This role involves driving growth, managing financial performance, and fostering a People First culture. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll lead a diverse team while achieving strategic and operational goals. An ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in engineering or science-based organizations, a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and strong leadership skills. Competitive compensation of $150,000 - $200,000 annually and a range of benefits are offered.
