Join us to build a career where you can grow, belong, and make a real impact.Compensation: $19.00-$24.00/hrWhat You'll Do:Depending on size of dealership – scope of responsibilities may include all or some combination of any of the below duties.Work with sales staff on contract, funding, titling issuesMaintain security of any/all nonpublic documents and client informationFunding Duties:Locate trade titling/ensure proper signatures & lien release informationSupport CS/AE, with printing and review of documentsCollection of lender stipulationsEnsure rebate, contracts, due bill, VSC and related schedules in Tekion are maintainedManage contracts in transit to ensure proper cash flowReview each car deal for missing or incomplete paperwork in preparation for billerP&L (environmental package) - accessories schedulingCIT spreadsheets / and or reporting to all managersSubmit all contracts to the bank for paymentEnsure all deals are compliant with Walser standards and submit to store biller in a timely mannerTitling Duties:All new/used vehicle titlingObtain out of state titling/tax infoFinalize submit correct information in DLRdmv and MNDRIVEEnsure appropriate inspections, registrations, and titling compliance for every vehicleMaintain accurate suspense logs for tracking titling and registration transactionsClear conditionalsApply for and correct any/all titling errors / update all titling applicationsManage 302/317 schedules, issue refunds to customers or apply for state refunds as appropriateWeekly audits for mso and titling booksHold for resaleProcess all trade-in and purchase DMV documentations -Assist sales staff with pulling new vehicle invoices from OEMAssist sales staff with contacting banks for payoff detailsWork with auctions and other stores to get / give titling paperworkInput ACH spreadsheet/send requestsUphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open MindedWhat You Bring:Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer focused businessPrevious experience in a support function with the ability to meet timelines/deadlinesExcellent communication skills, written and verbalA great attitude, team player, and collaboratorWhat's In It For You?Paid Time Off (PTO) – Take time to relax, spend with family, or enjoy personal time awayCareer Growth & Opportunity for Advancement We promote from within and provide clear career paths, mentorship, and opportunities to develop and grow your career.Fertility & Adoption Assistance: Receive up to $10,000 in financial assistance for fertility treatments and adoption expenses.Comprehensive Health Benefits: Enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to HSA and FSA plans to help manage healthcare costs.
