Job description
Cooper Farms Inc. in Oakwood, OH, seeks a Sow Division Manager to direct daily operations of the Sow Division, including sow farms, gilt development units, and the boar stud, with emphasis on animal health, care, and productivity.
You will lead a team, promote safety and morale, manage costs, coordinate with Ft Recovery staff, and guide short-term and long-term objectives to sustain growth and Cooper culture. Starting rate commensurate with experience, plus monthly and year-end bonuses.
