Palmetto Clean Technology seeks a Director of SOX Compliance to own and lead the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley program. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of accounting, controls, and cross-functional partnership.
The ideal candidate has deep ICFR knowledge, 8+ years in SOX-related work, and experience scaling a program in a pre-IPO or public company environment. You will partner with IT, FP&A, and external auditors to ensure rigorous controls and timely reporting.
