About This Role
The Sp Unit Staff RN provides professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Pay: $62 - $85/hour
Location: Baldwin Park, CA
Facility: Baldwin Park Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as necessary.
Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Maintain a clean and functional work environment.
Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements
Education: Registered Nurse License (California)
Experience: 1-year recent experience in a Critical Care, DOU, or SDU setting
Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Basic Arrhythmia course required
