About This Role
The Sp Unit Staff RN in Labor & Delivery provides professional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
Serve as a leader of the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately.
Understand own and team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as appropriate.
Develop and/or contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan.
Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
Chart accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner.
Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and team members.
Practice customer service standards as defined by the organization.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience: Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in California
