Spa Attendant I, Lincoln Park

nThe primary function of the Spa Attendant is to supportthe supporthospitality service standards and commitment to customer service.
nFOCUS 1: Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
nFOCUS 2: Attend to food and beverage services and spa guest and member needs.
nSpa Attendant associates must have excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon. He/she must alsopossessknowledge of the Kohler resort and surrounding Village of Kohler. As with all positions, the Spa Attendant will work with all other spa associates to ensure client comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our client expectations. n nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
nnnAttend to women’s or men’s (same gender as associate) Respite Room to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities; replenish clean towel supply throughout the facility.
n
nnPerform rounds of the facility to ensure neatness and order.
n
nnAttend to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers.
n
nnUnderstand basic RIO system operations for “view-only” purposes, thereby providing communication of service times and availability of services to guests.
n
nnGather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
n
nnAssist spa technicians with cleaning of baths between client treatments.
n
nnSupport the maintenance staff with daily readings/testing of water in the Spa Relaxation Pool. Maintain neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
n
nnAdvise Spa Hostess on food and beverage replenishment during the day.
n
nnAssist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements. For example, setup of signage and message boards, etc.
n
nnKnow and understand The American Club resort property and its businesses to provide information for guests.
n
nnConsistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and if needed, flooring.
n
nnKeep spa technicians informed - do not assume ANYTHING!
n
nnInform Supervisor if additional staff is needed.
n
nnResponsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures as related to this position (see opening and closing checklist of responsibilities).
n
nnProvide food and beverage support and delivery of lunches, as needed.
n
nnMaintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests.
n
nnGreet people immediately upon arrival.
n
nnKnow what services, and amount of time for each service, each tech performs.
n
nnWell groomed.
n
nnBe courteous, professional and friendly.
n
nnKnow the proper procedures for emergency situations.
n
nnComplete an on-site certified CPR training course facilitated by Sports Core Fitness Trainers.
n
n nThis is a casual, part-time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm.
nSkills/Requirements
nnnMinimum of high school diploma.
n
nnPrior computer and/or facility maintenance experience helpful.
n
nnCustomerservice relatedexperiencerequired.
n
n nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
nThe hourly range for this position is $10.70 - $16.00 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
