nWe are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Desk Associates to join the Equinox team at our Equinox Sports Club location in West LA! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
nThe Equinox Spa is a luscious paradise for the senses. The facility has a world-class staff and budget, with a strong commitment to providing innovative, exciting new products and techniques from hot stone therapy to tropical body smoothies.
nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
nnUnder the direction of Spa leadership, support with daily activity of Spa operation
nContribute towards the daily service sales goals of the spa by recommending treatments and enhancements to all clients
nSupport working toward monthly retail targets by informing on and selling retail products to members and guests
nSupport spa-driven club outreach events and programs to promote business growth
nProvide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
n** THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION: **
nn1-2 years of customer service experience
nMinimum 3 days per week commitment required
nExcellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and computer skills
nMust be enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, personable, passionate and knowledgeable about the spa industry
nMust be able to multi-task
nBe able to utilize new techniques and ideas
n nPay Transparency: $18.47/hr., ability to earn additional incentives
