Massage Heights Indianapolis is seeking a results‑driven leader to grow the member base and drive revenue across Retreat operations. You will supervise daily activities, set sales goals, and coach your team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service in a busy spa environment.
This role requires at least two years in membership-based sales, experience managing hourly staff, and a knack for coaching and scheduling.
