Job description
Massage Heights in Austin, TX seeks a seasoned Retreat Operations Leader to supervise all aspects of daily spa retreat operations, drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure brand systems are followed. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, optimize schedules, and set goals to exceed targets while delivering exceptional guest service.
The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching on the floor, and strong knowledge of labor laws.
