Job description
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Spa Director to lead our spa operations at Mountain View Grand Resort. You will supervise therapists and front desk staff, shape service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing revenue, costs, and inventory.
We seek a hands-on leader with a Bachelor’s in hospitality or related field and 2–3 years in spa/wellness, including supervisory experience. Weekend/evening flexibility and a strong customer-service mindset are required.
