HAND & STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL SPA is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead the front desk, drive guest experience, and ensure operational excellence across a fast-paced spa network. The role emphasizes coaching, system-wide leadership, and promotion from within based on performance.
The GMIT will own daily front desk operations, boost membership conversions, and develop talent while contributing to multi-unit growth and a strong people-first culture.
