Job description
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You will own spa performance, while developing a team that delivers results and a world-class guest experience.
This role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, proven sales leadership, and a balance of people leadership and business acumen. Night/weekend/holiday availability is expected in a fast-paced environment.
