Job description
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Florida is seeking a results-driven Spa Director to lead sales performance and team development across our Doral and West Kendall locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on membership growth, lead conversion, client retention, revenue generation, and building a high-performing team.
The Spa Director will work with Location Managers, travel between sites as needed, coach front desk teams, engage with clients, set goals, and support recruiting
