Job description
Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Business Development/Capture Manager in Mukilteo, WA to lead end-to-end proposal and quoting efforts for space and launch initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage proposal plans and schedules, and ensure on‑time, compliant submissions while aligning pricing with strategy.
