This includes clarifying shared or multi-functional spaces and ensuring updates align with departmental reporting.Data Entry and Reporting: Compile findings accurately and consistently into organized reports, highlighting inconsistencies or changes that require follow-up. This may involve reconciling current records against SOM's space database (FM Interact), spreadsheets, or other historical records to identify discrepancies.Collaboration and Documentation: Participate in weekly or biweekly check-ins with SOM Space And Facilities Planning to discuss progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
