Job description
USfalcon is seeking a Director of Business Development (Space Force) to drive growth with USSF, USSPACECOM, and related DoD customers from Schriever SFB, CO. You will lead capture, proposal development, and strategic market research to build a strong opportunity pipeline and position USfalcon for awards.
The role requires 10+ years in DoD or defense growth functions, exceptional communication, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across government and industry.
