Job description

Renesas Electronics Americas in Palm Bay, FL, invites a seasoned Test Engineer to join our Hi-Rel Space Product and Test Engineering Group on-site. You will contribute to developing radiation-hardened IC test methods, define test schematics and hardware requirements for Space-grade devices, and work with a co-located team on the production test floor.
