Job description
Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Space RADAR Payload I&T SME to lead, validate, and improve AI&T processes for high-rate RADAR payload production. The role requires strong technical depth in RADAR I&T and the ability to translate complex concepts for project management and cross-functional teams.
Based on Linthicum, MD, the position may be on-site with potential hybrid flexibility. The candidate will monitor AI&T activities, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in test procedures
