Job description
Katalyst Space Technologies is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and grow our mechanical engineering organization for spacecraft hardware. You will own multiple development programs, establish standards, and mentor engineers across experience levels.
You will drive critical architectural decisions and balance cost, schedule, and risk while coordinating with systems, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams. Expect a demanding yet rewarding environment with long-term incentives.
