Job description
Tierra Encantada in Minneapolis seeks a Center Director to drive enrollment growth, financial performance, and educational excellence across our Spanish immersion program for children 6 weeks to 6 years. The role leads staffing, compliance, curriculum fidelity, and family experience, while meeting Minnesota licensing standards and stepping into classrooms when needed.
This onsite, full-time position offers base salary $60,000–$68,000 with a monthly performance bonus, plus benefits including
