Job description
Renaissance, affiliated with Asian Americans for Equality, seeks a Business Advisor (Spanish Speaker) to support NYC entrepreneurs. You will counsel clients, help access capital, and provide ongoing guidance to grow small businesses in a mission-driven, hybrid-work environment.
Reporting to leadership, you will handle loan packages, client onboarding, and workshops while building trusted relationships across the NYC area and ensuring confidentiality of client information.
