nGolden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Spanish Speaking Private Duty Nurse to join our dedicated team in Markham, IL. nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct, private duty nursing care to patients in home or facility settings
nCommunicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families to ensure clear understanding of care plans
nAdminister medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed
nMonitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and progress
nCoordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
nEducate patients and families on health management, medications, and disease prevention in both English and Spanish
nRespond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
nRequirements:
nActive RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
nBilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
nPrior private duty, home health, or in-home nursing experience preferred
nStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
nCPR/BLS certification required
nExcellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
nReliable, compassionate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
