Job description
KNAPP North America is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage spare parts sales, repairs, and returns at the Customer site, ensuring prompt responses and accurate data entry. You will establish and maintain good customer relations by promoting products and services and by handling inquiries efficiently.
You will collaborate with Purchasing and Shipping to coordinate parts delivery, maintain inventory records, and generate Reports.
