n nJob Summary:
nThe Graphic specialist will work, as part of a team, to produce, construct and install in-house produced signage and nametags for Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow Vt. Our ideal candidate will have experience in design, fabrication, and installation of various sign types and styles. This position work alongside the advanced sign maker and will be asked to fill in during the Advanced Sign maker’s absence.

nnnStarting Wage: $22.00/hr - $27.23/hr

n nJob Responsibilities:
nnnResponsible for fulfilling sign requests, sign manufacturing projects, sign installation assignments and sign repair and replacement assignments.
n
nnFollows set approval process for sign requests and logging of signs ordered and completed.
n
nnOperation of Mac Adobe software and Mac and PC supported sign / nametag machines.
n
nnAssist the Advanced Signmaker with the production of signs, graphics, banners, stickers, and nametags as requested by various departments.
n
nnMaintain neat, organized, clean sign shop for safe operation and efficient production and delivery of requested items.
n
nnReceive training and work direction from senior staff.
n
nnAdheres to all OSHA and other safety related requirements.
n
nnParticipates in the cleaning of the facility and is a supportive team player with that department in regards to joint projects and the overall work environment.
n
nnWorks in accordance with Vail Resorts policies and corporate values.
n
n nJob Requirements:
nnnHigh School Graduate or equivalent
n
nnPrevious experience in mid-high volume sign production facility preferred, but not required,
n
nnPrevious experience in the following software programs: MS office, Omega Composer, Illustrator, Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator preferred, but not required
n
n nPreferred Skills:
nnnExperience in Graphic Arts, Art, Design or related field (preferred)
n
nnComfortable working in the Macintosh environment.
n
nnStrong organization skills and multi-tasking required.
n
nnThis is a hybrid remote position requiring flexibility of schedule.
n
n nThe expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $27.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
