Job description
Lee Health is seeking an SPD Business Manager to lead strategic and operational management of Sterile Processing support services. In this role, you’ll oversee budgets, staffing, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to ensure safe, efficient instrument processing across our hospitals and outpatient centers. You will collaborate with clinical, surgical, and supply chain leaders, drive process improvements, support regulatory readiness, and use data to guide decisions, all within a mission-driven, patient-centered, and community-focused organization.
