Special Counsel (Remote) | Labor & Employment

A nationally recognized Labor & Employment law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its remote practice as Special Counsel . This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want to continue litigating high-quality employment matters while benefiting from increased flexibility, strong support resources, and a more sustainable workload.
What You'll Do
Handle administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation matters
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Take and defend depositions
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
Develop case strategy and supervise junior attorneys when appropriate
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
7+ years of Labor & Employment experience
Strong employment litigation experience
Experience handling administrative charges and demand letters preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Active bar license in good standing
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $172,500 - $217,500 , depending on experience, qualifications, and billable hour track
