About the Role

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Elementary Special Education Teachers for the school year in the greater Osseo, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB
3 references/letters of recommendation required
Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
