Job description
Make a real difference in students' lives. Soliant Education is hiring multiple Special Education Teachers to support students across grade levels for a partner district in Raytown, Missouri (also recruiting in nearby Independence, Lee's Summit, Grandview, Blue Springs, and Kansas City, MO).
**What You'll Do:**
* Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with disabilities in resource, co-teaching, or self-contained settings
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and progress
* Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support each student's success
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations
**What You'll Need:**
* Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain one)
* Experience with the relevant age group preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
* A genuine commitment to helping every student reach their full potential
