Job description
Health Connect America seeks a Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction and behavioral support to children with diverse learning needs in home, community, and school‑adjacent settings. You will develop and implement IEP‑aligned lesson plans, use evidence‑based strategies, collect and analyze student data, and collaborate with therapists, case managers, and families.
